Mr. Kiran Kirtane
Founder Director and CEOKiran is the founder director & Lighthouse of Concept. He brings in more than 22 years of business experience. Graduated in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Govt. College of Engg. Pune (COEP), Kiran was earlier working with Crompton Greaves IT and Telecom. Before founding Concept, Kiran was heading India operations of a NJ based IT Solutions company, Abex Data Systems Inc. Concept was formed basically as an IT Solution provider for Research and Development work in Corporates , Govt. Defense Customers. Kiran, through his innovative ideas and vision, has provided guidance, done long lasting partnerships with Large OEMs. He himself is a IT consultant to lot of Companies and has wide experience to handle large IT Projects.
Kiran is a active Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari worker which is a social organization involved in man making and Nation Building activities across the country. His constant endeavor is to bring change in the lives common people through innovations. He is a voracious reader and also participated in numerous conferences on moral and spiritual education for School Children. Kiran enjoys meditation , reading Vedanta Philosophy Literature and listening to Indian Classical Music in his leisure time.
Mrs. Ashwini Kirtane
Director Services & HRAshwini holds a Master's Degree in Engineering in Digital systems from ( COEP ) Pune University. Before Joining Concept, She was working as a Project Manager in Tech Mahindra Ltd. Pune, a Software Services major, for a span of 6 years. She was responsible for Software Services delivery, Project Management & Technology Integration. She has been working with Concept for past 15 years and has extensive work experience in the areas of customer service delivery, technology integration and human resource management. She is responsible for Concept's FMS and ITIL Business Practices.
Mr. Harshad Kulkarni
Director Purchase and FinanceHarshad holds Concept in July 2000. Prior to working in Concept he was working as a Purchase and Finance Manager in Symtronics India Pvt. Ltd. mid-size IT Solution Provider Company. He has a good experience of Vendor development and leads a Purchase and Accounts team in Concept responsible for designing and implementing Systems and processes for Timely efficient product delivery mechanism. Excellent financial management skills reflects in Concept year on year profitable operations with A+ credit rating. He is also responsible for the quality initiatives and ISO Certifications for Concept.
